If you live in one of the wards shown in Red on THE WARDS MAP and have the offer of work, training or education you could be eligible to join the Scooter Commuter Scheme. The scheme offers eligible applicants a 50cc Scooter for six months to enable them to take up opportunities of employment or education that would not be possible by public transport.
